International Netball Honour for Academy of Sport’s Hannah Poole
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) Academy of Sport is proud to note that its Head of Netball, Hannah Poole has been appointed as Assistant Team Manager for the Welsh Universities Sport Netball Team.
The appointment comes as preparations are underway for the forthcoming Home Nations Tournament in July, where the best netballers from universities across Wales will come together to take on their opponents. Hannah is currently in the process of selecting a squad for the event by conducting trials across the country.
Hannah said:
“This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of netball in Wales. I’m really looking forward to working with the management team in selecting and constructing a team that will be competitive in playing against the other International teams at the home nations in July. I’d like to thank the UWTSD Academy of Sport in supporting me in this opportunity.”
